We are confident that you’ll love your bySöMN products (Every couple we know has one and sleeps with it every night!) but if you don’t, let our team know within your first 30 days to initiate a return.
We know you’ll love your Kömforte – but we give you up to 30 calendar nights to sleep on it and let us know if you don’t like it. We encourage you to try your Kömforte for at least 30 nights, starting upon delivery of the comforter. This will allow your body ample time to adjust to the feel of a new comforter, and for the Kömforte to settle into your new home and get to know you a bit better. If you decide the comforter isn’t for you, we’ll coordinate a free return label for you to ship back the Kömforte so we can donate it to a family in need. Damaged comforters include, but are not limited to the following conditions: no rips or tears on the cover fabric, stained fabric, broken zippers, punctured or burned fabric.
How do I make a return?
To initiate a return please email our customer service team at firstname.lastname@example.org. Once your return is validated our team will help facilitate the process. In order to qualify for a return, you must be within the 30-day return period.
